These terms of sale govern use of the Honeyloom service, an online tool for analyzing and optimizing Etsy listings, published by Brennan (see legal notice), hereinafter "the Publisher".
Honeyloom allows users to submit Etsy listing information (title, description, tags, optional photo) to receive, through AI processing, an analysis (score, detected weak points) and a corrected version (title, tags, description) ready to copy to Etsy.
The Publisher does not guarantee increased sales or traffic for the user's Etsy shop; commercial results depend on many factors independent of the service (product, price, reviews, competition, photos).
Honeyloom offers a free, unlimited demo example, as well as paid monthly subscriptions with no minimum term (Starter and Pro plans). Details and current pricing are shown on the /#tarifs page. Prices are shown in euros, all taxes included.
Payment is made by credit card through Stripe, which acts as the collector of applicable VAT (Stripe Managed Payments). The subscription is charged monthly on the anniversary of signup until canceled by the user.
Under Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content supplied on a non-tangible medium where performance has begun after the consumer's express prior agreement and waiver of the right of withdrawal. By subscribing to a paid plan and accessing the service immediately, the user acknowledges and accepts this waiver.
The user may cancel their subscription at any time from their account. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the already paid period; no pro-rata refund is issued unless required by law.
